Notice and hearing are two indispensable procedure in the termination of employee in order that the reason will be known and due process is observed. Thus, you can file a case of illegal dismissal against your employer so that you can be re-instated to your work or receive the necessary separation pay.

As one respondent stated: you will get a better job. Forget the old job and move on. It's very stressful going to a lawyer. Also, once you sue an employer, it will be very difficult for you to find another job if a prospective employer even gets a whiff of the fact that you will not hesitate to sue.

I once worked for an employer who dismissed me because I complained about religious harassment. Under my contract the employer owed me $20000.00. After negotiating, they offered me my job back because they were on the wrong side of the contract. I refused and threatened to sue. Of course I did not have the money to hire a lawyer so I moved on. Looking back several years later, that organization is already out of business. My policy since then has been simply to forget and move on. It's just too much stress and not worth it. The weaker is always oppressed by the stronger or wealthier.

if you are not in a union, you are probably an at-will employee. which means the company can let you go at any time for any reason. and if you try to sue them they have lawyers too.
