There are a few links to maps if you want to actually see the answer and not just write the words other people gave you. This kind of question is SO easy to find with virtually NO effort, i'd think you'd be embarrassed to even ask it.

South Korea and China. I live in China and they just built a fence between the two countries at quick as they could when this nuclear test was done. I'm not sure what they think a fence will do, but they built it anyway.
