i am a girl and i am also concern with my facial appearance. my skin is okay but sometimes my face is itchy a little bit especially on the above of the lips. if i scratch there, the hair above my lips will be pulled out and then they will grow again but longer and more than before, and finally it will look like a moustache. i jnow there is one way which is to pull the hair out with a special paper like black head puller, but i know that the way makes we use it over and over again. what i want here is maybe there is something that could make the hair stop growing or at least it grow as thin as before. i hope you all get the point. thank you.

well u have 3 options. u can use a facial hair removing cream by nair. or get it threaded in a salon or get it waxed. but if u do either of them u have to continue doing them atleast once a month.
so u can go for laser which will get rid of the upper lip hair permanently.

Okay go to your beauty shop where you get your hair cut and tell your beautician that you want your lip waxed. Hey, while you are at it, get your eyebrows waxed too, so you don't have to pluck those darned thingies any more either. Yes, you will have to do the hot wax thingy about every 2 months, but hey, it does work, and the hair coming back will be far less noticable. Also, consider electrolisis. (I know I didn't spell that right.) Electrolisis will permanently remove the hair from your lip, but it can be expensive. Good luck with your problem, sweetie.

Your best and easiest bet is just to use a face hair removal cream that is made by Sally Hansen and sold in drug stores or you can use the pre made wax strips that you just heat up in your nands, press on and hold lip taut and pull off - both are in the drugstore and by Sally Hansen. For darker more course hair the premade strips are much better and will last longer.

WAX!

I wax my lip at least once a month. I have been doing it since I was 19. I am pretty freaking hairy....and I hate plucking. You could bleach but if you have dark hair it looks weird.

The only issue with waxing is it hurts and sometimes can irritate your skin for the first 30 minutes after wards.

GOOD LUCK

There is such a thing as laser hair removal, where they kinda burn the hair off. I've heard that it works really well. And wait for it.... the hair doesn't grow back! Cool huh? An alternative though is waxing. I got my lip hair waxed and it didn't grow back for a couple of weeks.

Excessive face hair can suggest a hormonal unbalance - check with your doctor to see if there is an "internal" cause.
If not, then you can use laser-treatment (permanent removal) or wax (periodical removal).

DO NOT SHAVE IT !!! It wil grow into a nice, rich moustache...

For me, I've tried both waxing and threading, considering both causes pain, but I choose the latter one, it's conventional but it's free of irratation and it's much cheaper. I don't know if there's anyone over your place are doing threading nowadays, but over my place here are quite common and is safe cause it uses only threads. ( as the name suggest)
It might take a little time get use to, but once you've done a few times, the pain you feel are just mild irratation.

If you have dark hair the best and most permanent way to remove would be laser treatment. 2nd best would be waxing, or bleaching...if the hair is not too thick.

I do laser-treatment - once and for all. After two or three treatment your hair will be gone almost 70%. The darker your hair is the faster it will be gone. Bit pricy but it lasts forever.
