1) Your lovely self. 2) a boat. and 3) someone to sail it so we could have fun on the way back!!! LOL

#1. A solar powered reverse osmosis water purification machine (if it is an island, that means that there will be sea water all around), #2. A satellite cellular phone (to call for help), and #3. A gun (M4 carbine, with lots of armour piercing ammo, with an M203 gernade launcher attachment, and with a good scope.
If i was stranded with a easy going, intelligent, beautiful girl, i would leave the phone.

This happened to me once. I was stranded with a beautiful woman. We put a note in a bottle; "Send more money so we can stay longer"! Dang! We got some money 2 days later. Guess the Tide was in our favor. :-)

A shovel, an axe and a bic lighter. But does it have to be a desert Island, can it be more like a jungle island, Much more, and better food there. Shovel for digging pit traps, wells, swimming pools. etc. Axe for falling trees for walls,shelters, and making a fishing canoe, bic lighter ( a full one please) for starting fires.

Some form of communicatiion in the hope of contacting the outer world.
Water to sustain life.
The ability to make fire in order to cook and frighten away predators.
