if i'm trying to enter into an email account with a bad password, what will happen ? will the email adress been block by the server ?

Depending on the type of account some of mine if password is typed wrong three times it locks the account and you end up calling tech support to unlock it and try again

sorry I'm learning english.. so my vocabulary is not so good, but it depens on the server, for example in yahoo, if you try 20 times, it's gonna be blocked,
