These are just some of the possibilities:
Based on letter names:
C = sea, see
E = ii
G = jee
K = cay
Q = cue, kew, kyoo
R = ah
W = as above or double u
X = eks
Y = wai
Based on letter sounds:
c = suh/kuh
k = cuh
q = kw (or k in Iraq, which some people spell with a k anyway)
u = oo (as in put/foot or duty/food)
x = ks
Okay, so the c/k thing is a bit cheeky, but it works.
