how about this:
we need to build an aplication for well defined, structured n mature business process.. n its been scheduled to launch at next year..

the problem justify it self..

mm.. for real problem may be like inventory management or something like that..

This is an iterative approach to software development where the development process is split into seperate stages identified by the model.

This method is not normally suited to Rapid Application Development techniques as stages usually incoroprate the full project lifecycle from Feasibility Study, through Systems analysis, through development, through rigorous testing.
