Tell her all the awesome things about her. Like her eyes, lips, hair talk about her best assets physical as well as her personality. Identify specific things about her that you love, talk about the past, good memories, great ones! Make her laugh, you can do this over dinner or going somewhere like shopping and just haning out and talking. You don't HAVE to spend a lot of money, unless she is a material girl (nothing wrong with that) then maybe you should ask her what she wants, something she wouldn't ever really buy herself, and splurge and get it then take her somewhere she can wear/ or use it.
Don't be lame trying to sound all fancy and poetic, be yourself, be honest and she will love it.....if she doesn't then maybe you guys have bigger issues to focus on.
But take her away from the mundane paying bills, appts, and scheduling conversations that probably are the majority of your conversations.
GOOD LUCK HAVE FUN!
A stroll in the park, icecream, the lake, a place with a nice view, a hole in the wall bar with peanuts on the floor or the freaking opera....just depends on what kind of gal she is

Most gals work all day too. So now your on even ground when you BOTH come home tired but even so someone has to cook and clean and take care of the kids at bedtime right?? So dividing it up all of that between you two should not be misery for anyone. After all the kids are part of the dad's responsibility too. I just heard on GMA news drinking my morning coffee that a couple who recently had a baby (by surrogate) she puts her husband first over the children. Husband first, kids second, well she's receiving a lot of crrap over that. But I think her marriage will fair much better having that frame of mind. Kids' do grow up and leave. Even professionals say this is the right way putting your spouse first over the kids. I agree 100%. If a woman give all her time to the kids and the husband is forgotten in the shuffle the marriage suffers and now there's a divorce. So happy husband, happy life. Same goes the other way.

You need to get along- and be consistent- something romantic might be nice- but it does not mean much if you treat her like crap the rest of the time- take out the trash- pick up after yourself and be faithul and kind- then do dinner and a movie and rose petals on the floor and bed and lit candles- D

Must not be showing your sincerity!!!??So it probably needs to be romantic, plus something also to help her let her guard come down. How about dinner and to the Jacuzzis? Since everyone will be out with their costumes, could go to a fun place, and have a few drinks- and admire the costumes. Followed with candles all over the bedroom and ......... good luck!

If you are not getting along to well it sounds like you need to have a long talk. Make dinner for her. Clean up the house, make dinner, set the table...candles, music, whatever...and then you need to talk. Find out what is wrong with your relationship and what is making you "not get along too well..." and talk until you find a solution. One of the best things is to talk while you are dancing...so after dinner...ask her to dance...interupt her in the middle of a sentence and dance in the kitchen or the living room...but make sure you keep talking....after dinner...clean up. dont make her lift a finger...then draw a bath...yes, I said a bath....bubbles...candles...insence...music...a real bath....and then you need to take a bath with her...still talking...by the time you too are ready for bed all the talking should be done and you should be able to make love. Good luck!

Fix her a nice candlelight dinner (or take her out to a favorite restaurant)...add a long-stem red rose and a CD of favorite music. Good luck to you

romance is nice and fine and all that, but I dont think it will make the prob. go away... but try this action... fix her a hot , scented bubble bath, fill the room with candles, and very soft music... have a plater with cheese, crackers, grapes, apple slices, pear halves, etc... feed her , baby her, and talk about the problems in this relaxed and loving atmosphere !!!!!!! make sure you mention just what she means to you !!!! God bless
