Conception date is the estimated time for when you probably got pregnant. In order to figure your due date, take the date of the first day of your last period, add one week and then subtract three months.

EXAMPLE: My last period was July 15; add one week and that would be July 22; subtract three months and that would be April 22.

It means that is the approximate date that you got pregnant.

Go to www.Lilypie.com or www.baby-gaga.com for a free pregnancy ticker. You can enter your conception date or due date and it will give you an html timeline of how many weeks and days old your baby is and also tells you how many days you have left in the pregnancy and what is happening with the baby that week. It's really cool.

you are officialy pregant four weeks after you actualy are pregnant, this is becaus you can only detect the pregnancy hormone four weeks into your pregnancy, i'm not too sure how you work out the due date but it had somthing to do with the date of the last day of your last period and how long your cycle usaly is. xx

This is generally used as the date you conceived, meaning you conceived on this date.

You could not even conceived on that day..sperm can live inside of you for up to 7 days so just say you had sex today you could not even get pregnant until 4 days from now

Good luck
