I have a problem please help me......?

some times when I sign in to my yahoo messanger the offline messages that I recive disappear I cant read them, they show up for a few seconds and then disappear,can anyone help me please?
with steps please.

Uninstall and reinstall your yahoo msngr. Go into Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs icon. See yahoo messenger in the list and click "remove" this will uninstall it. Reboot your computer and then go onto the internet and download it again. It sounds like there is a missing or corrupted file in the yahoo registry on your computer, so uninstalling and reinstalling should fix that.
