Whenever I'm at work my boss acts really concerned about me. He always asks how I'm doing and "whats on my mind" as well as is everythinbg going ok. WTF does he want???

whatever he wan't really is only know by himself!
So if you really want to know the real truth just ask him on a friendly note aong with the nice cosy everyday talk so as not to offend him.
However if U think U will not be able to ask him, I will simply tell U that there are a lot of possible suggestions to your question ranging from putting U in a better working environment and making you simply produce a higher output to some unethical thinks which I guess might be going down your mind.
So be on your guards and do the right thing as only U can take and make the ultimate move.

Maybe he cares about you? Maybe your work is slipping or you look distracted. Watch how he is with other people. Does he ask everyone? Then that's the kind of guy he is. Is he looking at you a lot in kind of a good way? He might be attracted to you. Are other people asking how you're doing a lot? Maybe you look like you have a problem.

Does he flirt alot with you besides that? Maybe he's just concerned about you, in a friendly way. Sounds like he's making you nervous. Are you going through a tough time at home? Maybe he can sense that and is only being nice. How does he act with others?

*-*... maybe he just wanna concern on u.. cos u are the one who works for him.. if he's not good to u, he afraid u would run away & left all the documents behind... & the saddest matters will happen on him.. stay cool & see wat could he do.. ;) talk is nothing between boss & staff... just like friends..u & him are fren ..at least he do nothing. if u feel upset, just ask him back when he asks u.. or when u get chance.. cos both of u didn't have any secret..i think..

Where do you work, what do you do, is your boss an owner, how many people does he manage, how long have you worked there, what are your genders, ages, etc.
