remind him that when this girl squeals to anyone about the sex he risks going to jail for rape. EVEN if she wanted the sex, she is under 16 and thats rape no matter what.
And that can be pressed against him at any time in her life that she chooses. She could even wait till 30 and then say...I'm gonna press rape charges.
18 yrs old.....if I was him I wouldn't touch anything under 17.
NOT having sex is alot better than having sex with Bubba in jail for 14 yrs.

You should step in. In the U.S., your friend could be charged statutory rape because the girl is under 18.
I would alert the girl's parents or anyone who has influence over her.

Why? Pedophilia is only considered so if they are more than 4 yrs younger than that age. If he was dating/talking to her when he was 17, then it's legal, as long as her parents approve.
