When you say "run" it on your website, do you mean host/store it on your website so other people can download it?
First of all, it's illegal, as the other people on this thread have commented. If the authorities find out your account could be closed, or you could be prosecuted... do you want to help other people that much?
Secondly, PS2 games are enourmous, at least a gigabyte and often much more. I don't know how much bandwidth you are allowed on your website but chances are you will have used it all by the time 2 people have downloaded the file.
If you use a free hosting company then your account will be suspended for using too much bandwidth and if you use a paid hosting account then they would probably charge you a small fortune for all the bandwidth you've used.
Finally, even if you could download the game from your website in a couple of hours, it would take many times longer than that to transfer to your website as your upload speed to the net is probably 1/8 or 1/16th your download speed. So it would probably take a day or so to even transfer the file to the web.
Still want to host the file?

Sorry buddy. That's copyright infringement and could result in a huge headache for you. You could always refer visitors to an emulation site that has it though. Just link to it and you'll be fine. If you need help finding one, look into torrent sites like piratesbay and mininova. Someone there can probably tell you more.
You've got to love loop-holes :)

Nope, not legal in the least, unless it's a game you came up with, programmed, and created yourself (which I'm doubting you did).
