As we are all different, we all have to find our own way. But, studying, is not the right action, learning is what you should be seeking. For when you learn, studying becomes obsolete! But, in answer, you need to relate the things you enjoy into what you need to learn, or study.
For example, if you like music, or singing, make up a song that will incorporate the things you need to know for your exam (Pottsie Webber: Happy Days). Or rhymes, etc. Like ...A Rat In The House Might Eat The Ice Cream, to learn to spell ARITHMETIC.
Or you could always get a study partner to quiz each other all the time.

Try to study using your different senses, don't just read...
1.read out loud,
2.write down summaries or points u want to remember.
(sometimes it helps to write things out not in regular sentences or paragraphs but instead make a diagram, like one of those that has something in the center & then other ideas branching out...)
It's good that ur trying to start studying now & not leaving it all to cram @ the last minute! Since u have a hard time studying for more than a few minutes at once, try to commit yourself each day to specific amount of time that you can deal with-like a half hour, or even 15 min at two different times of day. Take a break after u study & reward yourself for keeping ur studying commitment.
P.S. make sure that u have a good environment to study in - some people can't study well in a messy room, or with other people around, or if it's noisy...and some people can only study if there's noise in the background! or listening to music...do what works for u
Good Luck!
U can also try asking friends/other students how they study

Science, you pretty much have to remember the concepts or whatever scientific equations.
English, I am not quite sure, just be careful with your grammars and style, nothing too much to study about. Though you can improve your style if you read and write more.
Math, just got to know how the equations, graphs, etc works. Perhaps review and do some questions from your homework again.

Reading the textbook is useful to me. I seem to remember facts easy that way.
Or you could get flashcards and make a bunch with the info you need on them. If you run through them enough the info should stick. These are the techniques I use.
Good luck!
