How can i directly Download a file from a ftp seerver to another ftp server???

The title says all

But it shud b direct download without passing thru my computer..

I use a on line storage service that has a option called "Web Grab" it lets me download anything on the Internet directly to my on line drive 50 gigs of on line space around $9 @ month
