One of my Chinese friends wants to study in Canada, but she's not so sure about herself, so Is it ok to be short and have small boobs? and what should i say to her as a friend to make her feel better about herself?

Yup, especially in Canada. The "bolt-ons", gotta have large boobs, is very much an American thing, and your friend will find a refreshing difference in Canada. I am a Canadian living in the US for almost 10 years now, and when I went back to Victoria and Vancouver last Christmas, I was pleasantly surprised to find many natural women there and very few "bolt-ons".
Personally, I am a fan of the small boob set, and am really growing quite tired of the big boobs as a be all and end all type of thing - both in the men and the women. Too may generations of sex stereotyping in play here.
I can hardly wait until these women all hit their 60's and 70's. Things are going to be quite interesting.

it is perfectly fine, it is all about proportions. I know alot of Asian girls most of which are about 5'4" or shorter and I would guess a B cup at best and frankly I think they have very nice bodies. Being big in the chest area can make you look really odd if your frame is small. The good guys that she would want to be involved with will think the same, it is all about proportions, so if her body parts look like they all go together then she is in good shape.

She sounds cool, but a bit insecure. The good lord made her perfect the way she is and she should not be corrupted by the fashion world. All she needs to do is flash those pearly whites and she will be a winner.
I'm talking about her smile.

No university will ask the size of boobs and babe at the time of admission for studies.

just be secure with yourself really, i mean if you think you look bad... hell there're people who doesn't look as good as you do. In your friend case.. most likely short girls with big boobs and tall girls with small boobs. your friend is short AND has small boobs? that's quite not impressive, BUT, that doesn't mean that her face isn't cute though... right? And her personality too. And tell her to make sure that she is not acting TOO ASIANISH around..

boobs and men is like coke and pepsi we might have a preference but realy we are grateful to have anything at all, most women are short copmpared to european men anyway and there are short european men too

IT IS PERFECTLY TO HAVE SMALL BOOBS, IT IS NORMAL IN CERTAIN ETHNICITIES, NOT NEED TO WORRY.
