It's called freedom of speech. You can't force anyone to not talk about you.

Legally...it's called defamation of character or slander if someone says something that is untrue about you, and you can prove that it's not true and that some damage has been done to you by their words.

I believe the legal term is slander. Or it could be defamation. If they write something untrue, that is libel.
