Make a difference in your daily diet. Don't know how? It's simple like this; add a few slices of strawberry into your fruit salad or put a slice of peace into your peanut butter. Have a try!
6. Take a Smell on Lemon
Cut a lemon into a few slices and put them into your drink. The fresh smell from the lemon slices can stimulate your body to be more active.
7. Stroke Your Pet
It's good to have pet. Stroke your pet after coming back from work. It can make you feel good.

I have never been one for special routines for reducing stress however, I believe that my outlook on stress allows me to enjoy life a little more than the average person. First I take a look at my situation and decide whether or not I can do anything about it, if I cant I move on to the next problem. Just remember that life will always dish out problems, the key is to realize that most of it is really unimportant and that life will go on whether or not they are solved.

The best way is go get some cold juice, eat a little, then drink a multi vitamins, then go out and have a massage. Shiatsu is the best. Try it then you will go home feeling better.
