for a long time, i noticed that my IP address was changing rather regularly....as of late, i notice it hasn't changed for months...when i called, the tech originally said 'no problem'..then he came back and said it wouldn't make a difference...i asked him to change it anyway and he again said 'no problem'...he then returned and said he couldn't do it...something seems very fishy..should i be worried?

Unless you are doing something illegal I don't see a problem for you. If you are cut it out "Big Brother is Watching"

This is what's been happening recently. Ask if they have been working on things. Here we were haveing problems and they said they were upgradeing,.. it took months but our connection is going to be nearly what people pay extra for. It sounds like other people have been haveing this happen recently.

they should be able to change it for you. i have had to do it a few times, you call they'll tell you to reset your modem, and you should be all set. if whoever you talk to wont do it, ask to talk to a manager or someone else, most of those companies are large, lots of heads to go over.
