Where (like what stores/Circuit city, best buy, etc.) & how much (by $10s) can I buy 512 mb of ram?

and also... does circuit city install ram chips for you? if not where should i go and will it cost a lot more to get it installed for you?

i work at circuit city, first you need to know what type of ram do you have? is it SDRAM, DDR, or DDR2 the price depends on which one it is also for pricing i recommend looking in the adds for a sale, circuitcity and best buy have new adds every sunday, and sometimes if you wait till they have it on sale you can save alot of money. for the installation we charge $30 for installation at circuit city.
