Use a china clay tea pot & proper loose tea leaves. Pour a bit od boiling water into the pot to warm it up 1st. Pour that away & put in the tea leaves & pour in boiling water. Close the lid & let its brew for minimum 4 minutes. Before serving, give it a good stir, use a strainer & pour it into cup. Serve sugar & milk separately.
wow -lah !!
