depends what state - i know in ca, you can plea down and do a drug program, especially easy to do b/c it's a first offense, but i don't know if a gun involved changes that and 48 grams is a lot so i bet there's a sales charge and that may change the whole drug program thing too. whatever happens i hope it works out - good luck!

well gun is bad..that always adds on time....the meth alone you might have gotten away with being 1st time or least done community service for a year but since gun was added, that threw that out.

then you went an added in postal service....well touching them is a federal felony crime. not a fun item to have up against you. that alone will bring more time than the gun and drugs will combinded.

up the river for awhile...a LONG while.

You're talking multiple offenses.
Good luck.
At least it will be a good life-experience for someone else.
