Try the swap meet. They have booths with new stuff. I bought 12 pairs of shoes there. lol. I got hightops, 3 pair for 20 bucks. But as the others have said. K-mart and Walmart are probably sure bets. You could always call them first to save on gas.

In Singapore, you should be able to find what you want at Bugis Village stalls. Otherwise, Carrefour recently was advertising 3 pairs for S$10/- !
