Contact your Internet service provider and tell them you accidentally deleted your password and you can't remember it. They will probably e-mail you some instructions and give you a link so that you can either reset your password or even better get a new one. I would do this sooner than downloading anything. People forget their passwords all the time so your ISP should be able to help since this is no biggie for them.

and answer the secret question
to retrieve your password. or
2. Send an email to you ISP
through Yahoomail. since you can
post your question here !
