"Gordon Shumway a.k.a. Alf from the planet Melmac crashes into the Tanner's garage and proceeds to live there, while terrorizing Willie Tanner and the cat Lucky."

As for the worth of your Alf products, you might want to check out this site http://alf.proboards9.com/index.cgi?board=merchandise
I know that Alf has tried to make a comeback, so I wonder what effect that might have on the worth of merchandise? If he succeeds, then new merch will be made, but the 'old school' type might be more appealing (like Smurfs, Rainbow Brite, Strawberry Shortcake, etc. - why are the things from my childhood coming back to haunt me???)

i do not know how much they would be worth but my son as a miniture alf my friend has the complete season of alf too. I doubt it will be worth a lot but no harm in trying. i would just not set a price limit on the dolls just see how much you get and whatever price you like then sell for that price. I used to watch that show all the time when it came on tv

Yes I remember, there was a tv show, and also he had his own, styled "talk show" with guests. His collectibles, I'm sure just like anything else, are appreciated by whoever on Ebay, heck if you can sell a potato chip shaped like the Virgin Mary, then Alf has it's place. I think Alf came out after ET,, which might have been its' best selling point.. nice stroll down the memory lane.

Yes, I remember,.. I loved that. My Grandmother probably loved that (she dislikes cats).

BTW, ALF stands for Alien Life Form. [I have taught you something, don't hurt me].

If they have been "loved" then they probably aren't worth much. The Drowl, and Dust, and questionable History do that to things. If they are still boxed they are probably worth alot.

Yeah, I watched it as a kid too. It grossed me out because he ate cats--or, wanted to anyway.

Anyway, here's an Alf fanclub website thing, and it has a collectibles link in it that you might want to check out.

I loved Alf! LOL! I wonder why I never see any re-runs on like UPN or TBS at all?? I'd watch it. I loved Alf.

Honestly, they made so much of that stuff it's probably at best worth what you paid for it. And even then it would have to be in almost perfect condition.

You'd have to keep it another 20-30 years before it would be considered "collectable classic" stuff.
