Nothing could survive on Mars. Certainly not a roach - roaches need oxygen, and there is no oxygen on Mars.
Anerobic bacteria (those that don't need oxygen) are the closest to a possibility, but even they wouldn't be able to survive. There is nothing for them to "eat" (no nutrients), and no place from which they can get energy - if they are exposed to the Sun the Sun's ultraviolet radiation would kill them pretty quickly since the Martian atmosphere is very very thin. There is no other source of energy on Mars (no volcanoes, for example). Also there is no liquid water on Mars that we know of, and all life on Earth needs liquid water at least some of the time.

This is not a difficult question to answer.
There are many animals on earth that endure harsher conditions than what exist on mars
The main problem would be food.
So when it ate up its yoke sac it would probably die of starvation!

a single cell organism; they've existed since the dawn of time. so, they can survive through anything! it'll be interesting to see what they can morph/evolve into.
