You say a balikbayan box from Manila to Sydney? I thought a balikbayan box is intended to bring gifts to relatives in the Philippines from Filipinos overseas. But if your question is correct, there are many international forwarding companies to choose from.

Go to a little Filipino shop in Sydney and ask them or look in a local paper or check the Yellow Pages.
There are many companies who ship to Manila from Vancouver.. $90 to Manila and $135 to Cagayan de Oro.

a friend of mine ships balikbayan boxes with a bag-like case to transport it easily. May I ask why?
