Actually it depends on what you deal. Black Jack? Craps? Poker? Also depends on whether that casino's policy is to pull (share) tips. Hourly, you're gonna make about $6. So your tips are your livelyhood. I know in poker (well, where I work) you can make about 100 - 300 a day. It depends on how many hours of your scheduled 8 hours you work, how fast you are, and even what time of day you work (seems like people tip more at night). You might work 4 hours and still cash out 100+ bucks. Not bad for only working "part time".

they get minimum wage plus the tips get divided amongst all the dealerswhich this amount can add up
