I like them. And they're back in fashion! This time next year everyone will be wearing them again :-)
They look cool worn with leggings or skinny jeans and off the shoulder tops. I don't like them in fluorescent colours, as it reminds me too much of the 80s. I prefer them in black or grey. They should be worn short, not up to the knee...
