In my opinion it should be in two separate categories. But I can bet that we'll have more questions under the divorce section vs the marriage section.

I've noticed that anomoly too... and also feel it's weird and a bit wrong. Mind you a number of links to catagories are bizzare - it takes me about half an hour to find 'books and authors' everytime.
They really need to fire the psychotic octopus that evidently writes these catagories... you think you know where things are but each time you turn to a familiar category you end up lost and feel there might be something wrong with your frontal lobe... Or is that just me?

It is a sub category of family and relationships.
I guess the other choice to group it with would be ""dating and "marriage".
That would call for an opposite category of "cheating and divorce".

They are antonims: marriage is opposite to divorce. But both are part of life. And both can make people happy or miserable :)

well i think most people divorce now, so it makes sense.
perhaps they could add something else to the list, like "misery," "no free time" or "no sex life." lol
