Various reasons. Some guys want "support." Skaters actually wear them cuz they're functional: if you fall on tight jeans it'll cause less on an injury than loose jeans (more to get the pavement caught on). And finally, there are the guys that are wearing them just because "everyone" else is.

I've never seen guys wear girl pants.. only gay guys.
Anyway, it might be because they are lighter to wear and more airy.

i wear girls jeans skirts tops i just find them more comafortable and no i am not gay i am engaged and just for them peaple that say that men are gay for wearing them they are wrong as most gay men do not wear womans clothes.
if women can wear mens clothes what is wrong with men wearing womens clothes

cuz they're fools. It's supposedly to show they're the "sensitive" open types, like they're really open to stuff normal "jock type"
guys wouldn't do. They're also the kind of guys who are willing to makeout with guys so they can makeout with girls. Same logic as the girl pants but more extreme. Cuz girls like gay guys and these girl pant clad boys try to emulate that.
