It is illegal in a lot of the US except the state of Nevada. As to their pay it depends on the owner(s). Although I am disgusted with the world oldest profession it is better since in Nevada they receive regular check ups for Sexually Transmitted Diseases. The other alternate is to learn how to masturbate and this act is what forced US Surgeon General Jocelyn Elders to resign. Religious fanatics also exists in the United States and they are destroying the republican party.
The late Arizona republican Senator Barry M Goldwater would had supported M. Jocelyn Elders (US Surgeon General 1993-1994).
President Clinton HAD not intestinal fortitude the way President George W Bush supports Rumsfeld. Bubba Clinton has a yellow back.

It is legal in most of Nevada, the exception is Clark County. It is not legal in Las Vegas, but there are call girls that, according to the ads, can get to your hotel room in just 20 minutes.

It's illegal in every state except for Nevada. Prices vary from $10 to hundreds. Of coarse there is no retirement plan, there is the constant danger of getting killed or rape or getting any number of delightful diseases.

It depends on the county. But even if it's illegal it's pretty common all over in the big cities.

It is legal only in at least one county in Nevada. I don't know the current rate, but my guess would be $150 minimum.
