Firstly, there's the possibility I'd vomit initially - primarily because I'd feel like I'd just rubbed George W and there's something so wrong about that that I can't possibly go into it.... let's just say I have my principles.
My first wish would be for him to rescind the presidency on international television - while wearing a tight red leather jumpsuit with a tail, a pair of devil horns, and holding a trident... The first part was for the world, the second for me.
Secondly, I would ask for present day governments to be abolished (except maybe Sweden and Norway) and for governments of the people to be installed - real people with everyday lives and a true understanding of what the populous of thier country needs to function happily.
Thirdly, I'd make him wear the devil get up on international TV again while giving his dad the verbal spanking he's always deserved - this time with holes cut out of the butt of his devil suit, kinda like chaps...
That's all - I'm a simple person really...

Well, first of all, go back to school and freshen up on your English, because some of your words scare me and embarrass me.
Next, I would try to get him to let Ms. Rice take your place for the remainder of the term.
Then maybe like magic a good person would come forward, so we would have someone with lots of know how to end the war in Iraq, and put the stock market back, plus give the poor better system, that lets the illegal immigrants drain it dry. Oh, yes, put together a "gang buster" unit in every town, and bust up the gangs. Oh, then give health ins. to those that work but who cannot get it due to pre-existing conditions, who work hard and pay taxes. Also get rid of the illegals, or make them become legal and pay their fair share of taxes.

!st I would ask him to be honest with the citizens about the devastation of 911
2nd I would ask that he and everyone else involved suffer the loss of the 3001 victims family many times over
3rd I would ask him to bow out of the presidency and take the rest of his murderers with him!!!!! and if just by chance I get an extra wish thrown in I would wish that he stand in the center of all the Americans and let us torture him the way he is us !!!!!!!!!

I would just throw the lamp as far as I could and run away...
if he tried to grant you wishes, you would end up 10 times worse than you were before... it's like one of those twilight zone episodes where everything you wish for goes horribly wrong...
