Ok...i had sex on the last end of my period, i had been off my birth control for about 4 days by then. I used spermicide one time, and he came in me. The next times i didnt use anything...but he pulled out. Since then, and that was about 3 weeks ago..since i am about 7 days away from starting my period...ive had severe abdominal twinges and cramps, not only during ovulation. I feel sick everyday, Ive been nauseous a lot..though not in the morning. I urinate frequently, sometimes 10 times a day oon half a glass of water. Right now..i have severe headaches, and ive become increasingly irritable. I know Im probably just worried so much that the stress is making me feel this way. But im wondering if its possible that i might be pregnant..and how possible? Is it possible to get pregnant if you use spermicide? And..does a guy know if he pre-ejaculates? Cause he always swears that it never happens. Thanx

There is a good chance you are pregnant. But you could also be bringing the symptoms on yourself with worry. Go get an early pregnancy test. Most can be taken up to 3-5 days before you even miss a period.

It's very possible you're pregnant, and all your symptoms sound like what I felt during my pregnancies. But don't become too alarmed. Go get an early pregnancy test so you can be sure. The stress of not knowing is enought o make you completely nuts.

Yes it is verry possible that you are preggers. My mom was on the pill when she concieved my sister, And they also used spermicidal gel... Talk about chances!! but it is always possible with sex... Go get a blood test.... Good luck!!

Fraid it is possible. And a guy doesn't specificly know when he preejaculates, if he's in you atleast a small amount of sperm are going to be in you as well. And spermasides aren't 100% fail proof. I'd get yourself checked out just to be safe.
