I try not to go out a lot or see many people. Rest at home, put something warm around stomache for my cramps and watch movies or do something I enjoy at home. I get crazy and super emotional, so that's one of the reason I don't want to see many people.

i use a PMS reliever from family dollar stores. also what helps with cramps is a heating pad. if you don't have a heating pad use a 2-lt pop bottle filled with hot water or a rice sock. to make a rice sock get an odd ball sock (long one) fill with rice (any kind) tie a knot in the end so rice cant come back out. pop in microwave for a minute at a time to heat up. (do not get this rice sock wet it will smell like burnt rice.) once this rice sock is warm put on part of body where it hurts. i use my rice for just about everything it conforms to anything. hope this helps you.

Above all else share this information with your husband/bf/lover. He is the one taking the pain. Cybil with 17 personalities comes to mind. High and low. Manic depression. Melancholy. Bi-pOLAR. Sex helps if you are ready. Go see the doctor for hormone balancing pills. It is a cruel world but you will will survive.

its iritating situation, first its really hard for me, im also experiencing the fluctuation, fast pulse and irritable. in that state of condition, the solution is complete bed rest, avoid annoying sounds and if alone in room, read some magazines or watch your favorite t.v. program, and most ask your doctor for the right vitamins , it will help you sustain the hormonal embalance, during that period.

Marijuana works for some women. I know it's still very illegal in the states but you can bake brownies or put it in a tea bag.
