Start off with a pillow fight. Then procede to tickeling. It is fun and also flirtatous. "So's where's your ticklish spot?" Tickle the arms, arm pits, feet, behind the knees, neck, behind the ear, cheek. Have fun and end with a kiss and hug.

pillow fights, because they are almost always on the bed. But a tickle fight on the bed is > pillow on the bed.

While on the topic, one thing I love to do is playfully push/kick the girl out of the bed (gently, Bruce Lee). Completely off, and onto the floor. 99% of the time they will bounce back for some sweet, sweet revenge :)

Depends on the couple. Think about your situation and what you would like. Then Do it! Either smacK her hard right now with the pillow, or garb her sides and tickle her. It's all determined by the situatin but both sides can be fun.
