I think it is awkward, and I make a point to not wear something SO tight as to give me camel toe. That would be uncomfortable as well.

I think that is in the same category as men who wear pants that are too small so they wear them low and their belly hangs over the waistband. I don't find it sexy to wear clothes that are too small due to vanity.
