"Naturally" designates an explanation, an order, a necessary connection in the universe. But, in another use, if you abhor the state of nature, like Hobbes, then the use of the word will shade a phrase differently from one who values the order of things. It's contextual. Of course there's much force imbued in the usage whatever rhetorical way it goes.

naturally is not a pronoun, pronouns are words like he, she... words used instead of a noun. Did you maybe mean an adjective? If so I don't think so, it depends on your views on if good and evil are created or just 'are'.
