Washes off dirt and kills germs. Anti-bacterial soap is a marketing scheme. Liquid dishwashing soap has been found to be more effective at killing germs than most of the new anti-bacterial soap.

The regular soap has something in it which grabs the dirt and removes it, but disinfectant kills germs

Soap is soap. Ant-bacterial soap has been proven to effective for about a nano-second. Isn't it amazing how much we will pay for something we want to believe in?

i don't know but i work at a daycare and have to use it...constantly and i can tell u that it can seriously dry your hands.
