You have a baby in 9 months. That is the most effective way to tell.

Ahh, don't you just LOVE getting those dumb answers?....

Anyway, the first sign, obviously, is a missed period. If you've missed one, or you're due to start in a couple days, but think you *might* be pregnant, go buy a home pregnancy test. It works by detecting a hormone only released by pregnant women. You know, one line = not pregnant, two lines = pregnant. If you get two lines, or an unclear reading.. Get tested by a professional! I'd reccomend Planned Parenthood, They offer free testing, it's always confidential, and if you're underage, you don't have to bring a parent with you. (In Missouri, anyways.) They also offer counsling; the people there are great!

Good luck, hope this helps!

The absolute best way to do it is an ultrasound and blood test. Not only will this tell you if you are pregnant but how far along you are. For the most part to get this started you need to get a urine test done with a doctor. If you wanna check before with a home test you can try but they are not always accurate.

Physical symptoms like vomiting and sickness arent always reliable. You know your pregnant by getting a positive on blood test, which is the most reliable option. Its ALWAYS right because it measures the pregnancy hormones in your body.

Around 38 to 40 weeks after you're thinking you got pregnant a baby makes it way out of your vagina (most of the time) and tadaaaa there you are, you FOR SURE were pregnant!

You can buy over the counter tests that have a good degree of accuracy but the best test is done in your doctors office. You can also have these tests performed at your local planned parenthood office.

Let's see stick your finger in a glass of lukewarm water. If the water turns purple you are definitely pregnant...

Are you serious? Take a pregnancy test! Thus the reason they were invented..
