maybe I won't go Dell, but I know there are pretty cheap computers that can run the internet well. I'm looking to buy in bulk though.

Any computer you buy for $200 dollars shouldn't even have the words good, decent or best in the same sentence with it. I think the word awful doesn't even describe how crappy a $200 computer is. No matter who you buy it from.

But to seriously answer your question, you can buy one from a garage sale maybe or some place that sells computers from 10 years ago. Don't expect a long life out of the computer and don't expect it to run windows XP smoothly.

You might find a deal from Best Buy or CompUsa but it will be such a bad computer. The cheapest Dell goes for $279.
