Are you taking vitamins? Sounds like your body is trying to tell you its missing something. Could be you are dehydrated and need to drink more water.

Your volume of your cravings is going to be a problem for weight control. Try eating your cravings SLOWLY, and over a period of time. Make a food diary of what you're eating and what time of the day you are eating it- you may be craving more foods when you are extremely tired- which you can remedy by going to bed early after a little snack of your craving.

It just means your needing the vitamins in the juice and fruits. Are you taking your vitamins? Not unless your just eating alot of fatty foods then you need to cut back on those. Thats not healthy for you or the baby. Plus remember********** the weight you gain your gonna have to work off. ******
