Is female breast as important part for her as her genitalia in a sexual activity?
And does the unfurtilized eggs has to do anything with their sexual orgasm (male ejaculate sperms during orgasm)?

Men and women feel the same way when they are horny.

For some women their breasts are sensitive and they like having them touched, others don't. That is unique to each individual.

In general women do not ejaculate but their body produces a type of lubrication when they are aroused. Her eggs have nothing to do with sexual arousal or orgasm. But there is some evidence that women become more sexually active when they are ovulating.
