As Voltaire supposedly said, "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."
Part of free speech is allowing someone to speak with whom you disagree.
There's no law against stupid.

I'm more alarmed by the Republican assault on the Constitution and Bill of Rights than I am by hate speech on the radio. Therefore to be at all honest I'd have to say he deserves the First Amendment protection for his obnoxious speech that he would likely deny to many others if he had the chance.
For the apologist who called for documentation of racism I can say I don't expose myself to his bile, but it was on the news here when he made a comment about "Injun Country" several years ago, which is considered a racist expression by most Native Americans.

I think he should leave the airwaves right now because of his bigoted remarks! You know there's ABSOLUTELY no room for this nonsense! And his recent criticism of attacking Michael J. Fox's appearance in Democratic Congressional candidates' TV ads just hit below the belt! I mean JUST below it!! Now I feel that he has to go NOW!!!! I mean Rush Limbaugh is nothing but a sorry excuse (pill-popping) man for doing something like that! And I hardly ever listen to his show anymore because he spews trash against Liberals!!!!

he's ridiculous, i will think of of actually some issues that he has pronounced that are so off base they deify have self belief. What he in simple terms pronounced approximately Michael J. Fox is yet another large occasion of his understanding in concept and reason. i don't have self belief that censorship might do lots sturdy, I fail to locate any reason to hearken to him and that i desire and desire for a rustic the place he does no longer have a following yet it quite won't ensue, there are all forms of people. i do no longer comprehend what could be achieved with those variety of people who're so fixated of their believes that perfect and incorrect, lies and telling the reality all soften into rants and raves, yet we've become very cynical and seem to flow returned and forth from anger and apathy. perchance he could desire to stay together with his very own advice, while he pronounced that each and each physique drug addicts could be positioned to dying and do us all a want.

As you libs like to point out very often, we have Free Speach in our wonderful country. The fact that you want him gone tells me that he is doing a very good job. If he was insigificant you wouldn't care less about Rush. Libs are just jealous bacause they can not find someone to refute him and not look like a crack pot.

Remember the first amendment? This applies to everyone. Divest, it's not just for breakfast anymore. I personally do not like him. He is an extremist and a hypocrite. So he is banned from my radio. Peace.

He is a joke and anyone who takes him seriously needs to have their head examined. I will sometimes listen to him just to laugh at him and his riduculous comments that are based on his so called facts. He has a right to be on the radio and we don't have to listen.

Nice try at limiting free speech. He expresses non political correctness. It's great to hear someone who is entertaining and says what I would if I was so privileged.
