Want to know if it,s normal that my pontiac 2001 gran am 2.4 dont make the 4th shift even at 4000 Revolutions?

For an automatic transmission, unless you are under heavy acceleration, then no. Sounds like you might have a shift solenoid acting up.

unless your accelerating, no thats not normal.
