I don't see a point to #2. I pick the first option.

Why are you asking? is the conviction just on your record and you are working now? or you will possible get convicted because of the job you have? There is one other scenario, Do your employer know that you have a felony charge, because it may come up sooner or later.I know you need to eat and keep a roof over but, think about what will happen if you go to jail for a felony charge, you just block yourself out of most things, not to mention your lost of freedom and a record that will be with you for a long time. Are you telling me that you can't find no kind of work not even at a fast food place. I know its tough but keep hope alive and continue to look for work and try to be more creative.

i am a convicted felon and it is hard to find a job but i know there is one out here for me. its a struggle but i am prepared for it.
