Walpole's entry has some errors with the author names. The correct citation for that book would be:
Greenberg, Jan, and Sandra Jordan. Vincent Van Gogh: Portrait of an Artist. New York: Delacorte, 2001.
(with "Vincent Van Gogh: Portrait of an Artist" underlined, of course)
