Question about breast filling back up with milk?

I have a 6 month old baby, and for the first 3 months I breast fed her. And then my milk started to dry-up and I had to quit. But for the past couple of days my breast have been aching a lot and my upper back. And it just feels like they are feeling up again. And it is like I can feel some milk in them too. I was just wondering if this really can happen? Has any one had this to happen to them before?

i know how you can find out. start massaging your breasts from the top down and then bend over for a few minutes. if you have milk, it will start coming out on its own if you are full enough.
