What should Sheena do to save her marriage ?

Kanak is quite friendly with Kajal, his net friend. Kajal is young. The two have come to be the best of friend. More so after Kanak supported her when she was going through her letter. The problem has ever lies else where !

Kanak's wife Sheena, is not to comfortable with the whole thing. She knows Kanak has no feelings for Kajal other than being just friends, but she can not help being suspecious. Even visiting Kajal's place and talking to her has not had any effect on her. If the three of them go out somewhere, Sheena feels that Kanak is paying more attention to Kajal. They end up quarrelling. Sheena knows that what she is doing is unfair. But still she uses loses control whenever Kanak broaches the topic of Kajal. Sheena realise that their daily squabbles are taking a toll on their relationship, what should Sheena do ?

Sorry Sheena, it sounds as if you married a boy who wasn't fully grown up. But you probably new that already.

The problem here is that you want him to change his behavior. The only person that can make that happen is Kanak, and right now he probably is showing more interest in Kajal than changing is behavior.

Now ask yourself, if you were Kanak, who would you rather spend time with? Sheena who is constantly nagging him about Kajal? or Kajal who is currently not nagging.

I know which I would choose every time and twice on Sundays.

I suggest you only address the aspects of this relationship that are actually under your control.

You can do that by becoming the woman he originally (fell in love with and) married. You know how to be that person, you have done it before. Be the woman you would want to come back home to.

If this doesn't work, then leave him for good (no threats, threats of leaving won't work in the long run). You can lead a horse to water, but you can not make him drink.

Sheena is married to Kanak and looks to be whole heartedly. Every woman will love her partner to be her only. Friendship with opposite sex leads to love. So her suspicion to Kanak or Kajal is quite natural. Its is for Kajal or Kanak to think, the gravity of effects.
