i just got my sidekick 3. and i cant add any music from my computer to my sidekick 3. can any tell me why?

i alraedy bought the wire and everything i need to put music and pictures onto my sidekick. so i dont know whats wrong with it.
pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease help

Make sure the miniSD card is inserted. Hook the Sidekick up via the USB cable. A new drive should appear soon under My Computer. There will be a directory in there to pop your mp3s.
